In Chinese tradition jade is not valued for rarity alone. It is valued because it is worked — and because its qualities were used for two thousand years as the measure of a person's character. That is the idea this group is built on.

It matters to us in two ways. First, how a thing is made: nothing leaves our hands unexamined. Second, how we deal: no hidden flaws, no inflated claims, no vanishing after the invoice is paid. Those are not marketing lines — they are the two things our name is meant to be judged by.

We apply the same idea across five very different businesses — from pearl jewellery to construction machinery. The products have nothing in common. The standard does.

The group was registered in Shandong, China in April 2020, but the business started two years earlier: a single tea ware shop, opened in 2018 and still running today, eight years on.

That shop gave us the method the whole group now works to — describe the goods exactly as they are, flaws included, and let the buyer decide with the full picture in front of them. It is a slower way to sell. It is also why buyers come back.

The other half of the name reaches further back. Before this company, our founder worked in education, where the aim was plain: let a child reach a better education for less money. The products changed; the aim did not. JadeRitual was built on that same idea turned around — push value for money as far as it will go, and never let a client spend what they do not need to.

Today the group runs eight online shops inside China alongside its export trade, which keeps us close to the shop counter and not only to the container.

Both halves of the name sit inside one classical sentence: 玉不琢，不成器；人不学，不知道 — jade unworked makes nothing worth keeping, a person untaught knows nothing worth knowing. Wise is where we started. JadeRitual is what we built on it.
